Eligibility for Refund

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products, are not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we offer exchanges. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
